It is our mission to have satisfied customers, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you need to exchange your item(s), you may return all or part of your shipment and receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned or you can exchange them.
You must contact Posh Little People within seven (7) days of receipt of your shipment for instructions on how to expedite your return.
* All sales become final eight (8)* days after you receive your order.
* Items need to be returned back to Posh Little People at buyer’s expense and must be new condition with original hang tags.
* Shipping charges are not subject to a refund.
* If you are exchanging your item for something else, there will be no additional shipping charges added to your order.
* Refunds are at the discretion of Posh Little People.
* Please enclose your order number, name, phone number and indicate the reason for return/exchange.
Clothing Color
The digital images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, different monitors may cause colors to vary slightly. If you have any questions regarding the color of an item, please contact us at customerservice@poshlittlepeople.com
Lost Item
Items are not considered lost in shipment until thirty (30) days have passed from the date of shipment according to the US Post Office.
Holiday Sales
*Holiday sales are not subject to the 8-day return policy. All items ordered in the months of November and December may be returned up through January 31.
